Maleny Grove Retirement Village

2009

This exciting new development for Live Life Villages consists of bulk earthworks, roadworks, water, sewer and stormwater reticulation incorporating 7 underground rainwater harvesting tanks, ranging in size from 18,000Lt up to 81,000Lt

Augmentation & Rising Main

2006-2007

The upgrade for the Sunshine Coast Regional Council included the construction of over 2 kilometres of pressure rising main in 280mm dia. HDPE polythene pipe with electrofusion & butt welding of joints. A key component of the project were two environmentally sensitive creek crossings.

Rural Residential Estate

2006-2007

This hillside project included bulk earthworks comprising of 47,100m3 cut to fill with compaction to Level 1, sewer, water & stormwater reticulation, ECOSOL Unit, 360m2 rock retaining walls and a retention basin.

Stage 18e & Key Site 1 – 38 Lots

2005

A residential development on behalf of AV Jennings, bordering Mooloolah National Park waterway. This 38 Lot development with all services, involved importing 13,400m3 of fill, compacted to Level 1, stormwater infiltration system & 200m of retaining walls.

Road Widening

2006

In close proximity to Meridan Schools, busy Kalana Road was widened using 1800 x 1500 & 1200 x 900 concrete culverts on concrete slabs. Over 300m of pavement and installation of guardrail and traffic islands were constructed. Traffic and pedestrian movements were maintained during the works.

Flood Mitigation

2002

This complex project involved the protection of all underground services including a Telstra Fibre Optic Cable while laying 42m of 2100mm and 195m of 1650mm concrete stormwater pipes, reinforced concrete headwalls, apron and installation of trash rack. Detours were required, with access to business premises maintained during construction.
