Glasshouse Country Estate is a new 55 lot residential subdivision in the heart of Glasshouse Mountains. The contract included construction of roadworks including kerb & channel, concrete works and asphalt concrete surfacing, stormwater drainage, water and sewerage reticulation mains, bio-retention basin, Telstra/NBN and electrical service conduits.
