These were very difficult jobs due to adverse latent site conditions, existing residents requiring constant access, demanding property owners and work area access constraints. Graham handled the various demanding tasks with aplomb, patience, considerable expertise and, (most importantly for AV Jennings as these people are our customers) a great deal of understanding for the concerns of the existing estate residents. It is readily apparent that he is a man of considerable integrity.
I consider myself to have been very fortunate to have had Graham Sayer undertake this work as absolutely no complaints were received from the locals, when I was expecting many, and the standard of his workmanship is exemplary. Simply put, I cannot commend this Company highly enough.
